The May 7 Uptown Art Hop is partnering with Florida's Eden (www.floridaseden.org), a local non-profit organization, to raise funds for its "One Region - One Book" project.  Raffle tickets will be offered for $1.00 each, with the winner receiving $150.00 in gift certificates redeemable at the Art Hop participating businesses. Florida's Eden will be at each venue sharing information about their "Water Awareness Program" and offering for sale their current One Region, One Book selection: Mirage, Florida and the Vanishing Water of the Eastern US .   The organization also plans to give away several professional memberships (value $50.00 each) during the three hour event. 

Adding to the festivities will be a Florida's Eden member's photography show featuring regional and nationally recognized photographers.  Stephen Earl, photographer and author of Ichetucknee: Sacred Waters, will  be available to sign his recently published and breathtakingly beautiful book.  Information booths with raffle tickets and the Florida's Eden Photography show will be among the covered walkways of each Art Hop shopping plaza.
